Pretty on Skin was born from a simple moment that grew into a lasting passion. My henna journey began in 2010, when I drew my very first design on myself for Hari Raya Aidil Fitri. What started as a personal expression quickly became a yearly tradition. From the following year onward, I began creating henna designs for my sisters, nieces, aunts, and friends. Over time, those intimate festive moments sharpened my skills, strengthened my love for the art, and shaped the style I carry today.As the years passed, my henna work naturally expanded—from family traditions to bridal henna, events, and clients who trusted me with their special occasions. Every design became an opportunity to honour culture, celebrate beauty, and create something meaningful for the women I serve.At Pretty on Skin, each design is crafted with intention. Every line tells a story. And every client is treated with the same warmth and dedication that inspired my very first henna cone over a decade ago.

Terms & Policies

These Terms and Conditions outline the policies for all clients of Pretty on Skin. By booking or receiving any service, you agree to the following terms.Booking & Appointments
Bookings are to made via the booking form. We will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm on the booking details and payment details. Please ensure to provide the correct and contactable whatsApp number. Appointments are secured only after a deposit is made.
It is recommended to have your henna done 3 to 2 days before the event date.
Deposit & Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $70 is required upon booking via PayNow. Remaining balance is to be paid on the day of the appointment via cash or PayNow.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 1 week before the appointment. No-shows or late cancellations will result in loss of the deposit.
Rescheduling is allowed once per booking, subject to availability.
Skin & Allergy Disclaimer
Pretty on Skin uses high-quality natural henna. However, clients are responsible for disclosing any known allergies or skin sensitivities prior to the session. A patch test is available upon request. Pretty on Skin will not be liable for any allergic reactions or skin irritation.
Service Policy
Henna stain results vary depending on individual skin type, temperature, and aftercare. Once the service is completed, no refunds will be provided. Our staff reserves the right to decline service for hygiene or safety reasons.
Photography & Social Media Consent
Photos may be taken before and after your service for promotional use on our social media pages. We will always request your consent before posting. You may decline photo sharing at any time.
Hygiene & Safety Policy
We prioritize hygiene and safety. All tools and applicators are sanitized before and after each client. Clients are encouraged to arrive with clean skin to ensure the best henna results.
Client Conduct & Respect Policy
We aim to create a peaceful and respectful environment for all. Any form of verbal abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated, and henna artist reserves the right to refuse service.
Aftercare Responsibility
Clients are responsible for following the henna aftercare instructions provided by our staff. Pretty on Skin is not responsible for fading or uneven stains caused by improper aftercare.
Liability Waiver
By booking an appointment with Pretty on Skin, clients acknowledge and accept the risks involved with henna and beauty services, and release Pretty on Skin and its staff from any liability for allergic reactions, skin irritation, or unforeseen outcomes.
